Tour Plan
We'll start our private tour with a trip to the town of Ifrane in the Atlas Mountains. You may go on an adventure in the famed cedar forest, where you could even see some Berber apes. Then go to Midelt through the Ziz Gorge and the Tiz Ntalghamt Mountain Pass (where you can enjoy photos and local mint tea). He then travels to Merzouga for the night, where he will eat at a local restaurant and stay in a traditional riad.
We're going to spend today exploring the Chebbi Dunes and the surrounding desert. The desert and the nomadic way of life provide a striking contrast. The Camria Black Village is worth a trip. A haven for lovers of Gnawa music. Rissani, the old capital, serves delicious Berber pizza for lunch. Take a camel ride in the late afternoon and watch the sun set over the sand dunes before retiring to a desert tent for the night. Relax in the beautiful Sahara Desert with a campfire meal of tagine and mint he tea while listening to traditional Berber music and watching the sunset and sunrise.
Get some rest, then check into a nearby motel. You may wake up, have breakfast, and relax before setting off for Ouarzazate. Trip highlights include stops in the Dades Valley and the town of Todra in the Berber Highlands. Stay at a hotel in Dades Gorge for the night and get a free meal on the house.
The trip to Ouarzazate will resume after breakfast. Travel through the Valley of the Roses and its famed yearly Rose Festival, through a path of 1,000 kasbahs (fortresses) on the way to Kalaat Mgouna. Stay at a nearby hotel for the night.
Ait Benhaddou's Ksar, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is well-known as a shooting site for blockbuster movies like Lawrence of Arabia and Gladiator, as well as popular TV shows like Game of Thrones. After that, drive through the Tizi-n-Tichka pass and spend the night in Marrakech.
This day takes us to Marrakech. Visit the city's top sights include Jamma El Fna Square and Koutoubia Mosque as well as the souks, Royal Palace, and museums. As you make your way back to your hotel or the airport, you'll stop by contemporary attractions like the Menara Gardens and Majorelle Garden in Gueliz.
